Leading with empathy to make connections that matter
We all have a story, the brilliance lies in how we tell it.
Empathy is created through experience and understanding. Throughout my life, I have cultivated empathy as an avid world traveler and visited 12 countries. I am an admirer of stories with a large collection of classics, and a theatre buff who has seen Les Misérables four times. I take these experiences that support empathy and use them in my professional life to understand people and a brand's target audience. I then use mediums that promote interaction and bring stories to life.

Experience
With one work day, I created a social media strategy to promote findings from an educational report released by the University of Chicago Urban Labs, which garnered engagement and interest from policy leaders in the industry. Having worked with over 20 clients on media relations and social strategy, I have proven success on how to build long-lasting relationships through media platforms. I would like to use my skills to help people, specifically in the public affairs and healthcare industry. Read more about my professional experience in my resume below.
Education
I am a Summa Cum Laude graduate from DePaul University ('18) with a Bachelor's of Arts in English Literature and Public Relations and Advertising. I was a member of the DePaul University Honors Program and made Dean's List every quarter at DePaul. I am expected to receive my Master's of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising in June 2019.
